St. Patrick’s Day Jello Shots
Oh friends, coming up in two shakes of a shamrock is our once-a-year chance to live, breathe, eat and drink all things, Irish. Whether or not you have a bit of Irish in your genealogy is irrelevant, everyone is Irish on St. Patrick’s Day.
Now I do have more than a wee bit of Irish in my ancestry, and one day I would love to see the Irish countryside for myself. Until then, I’ll don my green apparel and enjoy traditional corned beef and cabbage on March 17th.
Of course, you can enjoy a good old Guinness on St. Patrick’s Day, that’s more than acceptable. This year I’m tempting you with St. Patrick’s Day Jello Shots, which will be perfect if you are hosting a holiday party. Jello shots are so easy to make and never get turned down by guests.
So enjoy my friends and to quote a famous Irish saying (author unknown): “What butter and whiskey won’t cure, there is no cure for.” I have to agree, Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
