Last summer, I got super into peaches. I was putting them in smoothies, baked goods, and more. One of the best peach recipes I came up with was a peach moscow mule. Now I know that it sounds kinda crazy to make a moscow mule with peaches but it adds a nice sweetness to the drink and pairs well with the other flavors such as ginger and lime.
You can either buy peach juice at the store (I know that the “Simply” line of juices has a peach juice that I have used) or you can make it yourself by simply pureeing a peach with a little water in a blender and mixing it in. This recipe makes one serving so if you are making it for more people, just double, triple, etc the recipe.

Are moscow mules made with a non-alcoholic ginger beer?
It depends on whether you want to make a non-alcoholic version or an alcoholic version. For this recipe, I used for a non-alcoholic ginger beer (my favorite is Fever Tree) but it is totally up to you and your preference.
Why does a moscow mule need a copper cup?
A copper cup is a great insulator which really retains how cold the drink is. While it is not necessary, it also looks really cool and makes it obvious which drink you are serving.

Ingredients
- 4 ounces ginger beer
- 1 1/2 ounces vodka
- 1 1/2 ounces peach juice
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
- Fill a copper cup with ice and pour in ginger beer, lime juice, vodka, and peach juice.
- Top with a sprig of mint an a slice of lime or peach for garnish before serving (optional).
