Some tips for making a Cranberry Moscow Mule Cocktail:
- If you prefer a non-alcoholic version, simply omit the vodka.

- Ginger Beer is found in the liquor section, but it is non-alcoholic.
- Due to the carbonation of the Ginger Beer, this drink is best made just prior to drinking otherwise it will lose carbonation.

Cranberry Moscow Mule
Add this festive Cranberry Moscow Mule Cocktail to your holiday party menus. Your guests will love this delicious easy to make adult beverage.
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces vodka
- 1 ounce cranberry juice
- 4 ounces Ginger Beer
- Garnish: lime wedge & fresh cranberries
Instructions
Fill a mule glass with ice. Add the vodka and cranberry juice. Top with ginger beer (enough to fill the cup). Garnish with lime and cranberries, if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
To make this recipe non-alcoholic, omit the vodka.
I prefer using pure cranberry juice for this recipe (not cranberry juice cocktail) but either will work.
Make sure to use ginger beer-- not ginger ale!
Moscow Mules should not be made ahead as the ginger beer will start to flatten (lose its bubbles) once opened.
To make a Kentucky mule, use bourbon instead of vodka.
To add a little “something extra” add 1/2 ounce of St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur— it helps enhance the earthiness of the cranberries.
