Now before you think I’ve gonna cuckoo pants, I need you to hear me out on this post. I had a flavor inspiration that popped into my head and I had a really good gut feeling that it would work, but I wasn’t 100% sure.
So off to the store I went, grabbed the ingredients and got my blender out, and guess what…it totally works! So today I introduce to you a fusion of flavors, both tropical and autumn in the Caramel Apple Cider Colada.
For a fun spin, try making this recipe with bourbon salted caramel sauce!
I see you over there scratching your head, but trust me on this one it is delicious and perfect for fall. We all love caramel and apples together, right? Okay, we’re off to a good start. Now imagine the creaminess of a piña colada combined with the flavor combination of caramel and apple.
Blended all together with some spiced rum, you have yourself a taste of tropical breezes with the reality of crisp fall air. It is a total winner in my book, I think you’ll understand once you’ve tried this delicious blended cocktail for yourself.
