Watermelon Mojito

Fresh watermelon never tasted better! Grab your cocktail shaker and make a delicious Watermelon Mojito cocktail this summer.

Watermelon Mojito

I just bought the best watermelon, it was delish! This was no little feat, trust me. Aldi is my jam, I love me some Aldi for loads of reasons. So props to Aldi for getting some darn delicious watermelon in their stores.

Now seeing me grab said watermelon out of the gigantic crate was not a pretty sight. The watermelons were going like crazy, so I had to bend over the crate and haul this beast up from practically the floor. I’m happy to report there was no one standing nearby because I about fell in, but in the end, it was all worth it.

That big old juicy melon filled 2 gigantic containers to feed the family. The nature of the beast is that you’ll always end up with some oddly shaped cut pieces of watermelon, not fruit platter friendly. But guess what, they work just fine in cocktails.

I bet you’re not only craving watermelon now, so here’s a fantastic summer recipe today. Introducing the Watermelon Mojito, a crave-worthy cocktail creation that’s summerific!
