Whip up a taste of the tropics with this easy-to-make Coconut Mojito cocktail. With 2 different rums and a mint of lime and mint, you’ll be swept away to the Caribbean.
Is summer flying by for everyone, or is it just me? Friends, I blinked and suddenly we’re halfway through July, next I’ll be digging out my winter boots. Just kidding, but really it’s going by way too quickly.
What that means is that every time we get an opportunity to hang out on the deck or even the front porch, we’re on it. It’s been a fantastic summer thus far for great evening weather making it perfect for sipping an adult beverage while enjoying the evenings.
I have a delicious new summertime cocktail for you to whip up and enjoy on your own deck. Coconut Mojitos are so very easy to make and taste fantastic, especially on warm summer evenings.
With just a couple of ingredients and a cocktail shaker, you can whip these up in no time. I adore coconut flavor as long as it isn’t in flake form, weird I know but I just don’t enjoy shredded coconut.
