Have you tried making homemade coffee creamer yet? It is my new favorite thing! With only 3 ingredients and just a few minutes, you can make your very own coffee creamer in just about any flavor! After making gingerbread coffee creamer, I decided to make another holiday flavored creamer and chose to make a peppermint creamer.  It turned out so tasty!

Ingredients

• 2 cups milk
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces)
• 1/4 cup peppermint simple syrup*

Instructions

1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine all ingredients. Cook until the sweetened condensed milk has completely melted into the milk, about 3 minutes.
2. Remove from heat and let cool before serving. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
