I can’t believe how awesome the new iced pineapple matcha drink is from starbucks. When I saw it was on the menu, I knew it was going to be a new favorite drink for me. When I started working on making it at home, I was surprised how perfectly it turned with just a few simple ingredients! It’s a beautiful and refreshing drink that you will want to be sipping all summer long!
To make it, you just need to combine matcha powder with hot water, mixing it until smooth before mixing it with the pineapple juice and ginger. Serve it over ice and top it with some coconut milk. That’s it!

- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1/8 teaspoon grated ginger (optional)
- 1 cup coconut milk
- Ice
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the hot water and matcha until fully combined. Transfer the mixture to the fridge to chill - about 5 minutes.
- Add the matcha, pineapple juice, and ginger to a pitcher (or a mason jar) and stir them to combine.
- Strain into a glass filled with ice and top with coconut milk.
