Can I just say how much I love raspberries? When I was thinking about what to make for Valentine’s Day this year, I just knew that there had to be raspberries somewhere in it. When the idea of a white hot chocolate with raspberry flavor in it came to mind, I knew that it would be perfect.
Apart from the flavor, I love how pretty the pink of this white hot chocolate is. It really stands out and looks so special, really perfect for a holiday.

- Want to make this a chocolate recipe instead of a white chocolate recipe? Just substitute in the 1 cup of chocolate chips for the 1 cup of white chocolate chips in the recipe.

Once there are stiff peaks, add in 1/4 cup raspberries and beat until they are well combined into the whipped cream. Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream (or half-and-half)
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoons raspberry drink syrup (such as Torani)
- Whipped cream
- Fresh raspberries
Instructions
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine milk, heavy whipping cream, white chocolate chips, and raspberry syrup. Cook until white chocolate has fully melted.
- Divide raspberry white hot chocolate between two cups and top with whipped cream and fresh raspberries. Serve immediately.
