Cranberry Whiskey Apple Cider Cocktail

Is anyone else itching to dive fully into all the flavors of fall? I sure am! In fact, I couldn’t even wait until the official start of fall, we headed to the apple orchard back in August for fresh apple cider and donuts.

We love stopping into a few local orchards each year and partaking of their goodies. This orchard, in particular, had the BEST salted caramel donuts…they were amazing and of course, they tasted great with their fresh apple cider.

 

 

This apple cider is definitely the reason we are here today debuting our newest cocktail. The Cranberry Whiskey Apple Cider Cocktail has some of my favorite fall flavors in one tasty beverage. I like an easy to make cocktail, one that I can throw together in no time, the whole point is to enjoy…right?

This is a 3 ingredient concoction with the basis beginning with apple cider. Add in cranberry juice cocktail and some whiskey, that’s it my friends! Delicious doesn’t have to mean complicated or overly difficult!

I love my cocktails icy, so I serve over crushed ice, it is simply a preference. Fresh cranberries add a nice addition when serving. Happy (almost) fall ya’ll!!!

Ingredients

• 8 oz Apple Cider
• 4 oz cranberry juice cocktail
• 2 oz Whiskey

Instructions

1. Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker and combine.
2. Pour over crushed ice. 

Notes

I used Jack Daniels Whiskey in this recipe.
