Mojito Mocktail – A delicious non-alcoholic mocktail perfect for parties and baby showers. Made with just 3 simple ingredients + garnish!
Mojito Mocktail
Mocktails have been one of my go-to fun things to make recently. After figuring out how to make the perfect mint simple syrup, I have been really wanting to make a mojito mocktail with it and I was so happy with how it turned out. It really incorporates all of your favorite mojito flavors (except the white rum) into a tasty non-alcoholic drink that can be served at baby showers or enjoyed guilt-free anytime of day.
Common Questions About Making a Mojito Mocktail
What is in a mojito?
A mojito is typically made with white rum, lime juice, club soda, and mint simple syrup (or muddled mint and sugar). Being that this is a mojito mocktail, my non-alcoholic version is made with lime juice, club soda, and mint simple syrup.
Do you shake a mojito?
No, mojitos are served mixed over ice instead of shaken.
Do you muddle mint or use a simple syrup?
The traditional way is to muddle mint (crushing mint and sugar granules together) but personally, I prefer to make a mint simple syrup and just have it on hand. Click HERE for my mint simple syrup recipe.
What drinkware can I serve a mojito in?
Typically, a mojito is served in a collins glass butit is totally up to you. I love putting mine in mason jars.
What can I garnish a mojito with?
Garnishing a mojito mocktail with a sprig of mint and a slice of lime looks great.
