Bellini Mocktail – A delicious non-alcoholic mocktail perfect for parties and baby showers. Made with just 2 simple ingredients!
Bellini Mocktail
I have been on a mocktail kick recently! With a baby shower coming up for a family member, I have been brainstorming possible mocktail recipes to make for the party so that there is a fun drink that everyone can enjoy. After having made the moscow mule mocktails a few weeks back, I knew that I really wanted to tackle non-alcoholic bellinis and mimosas next. The results were amazing and so easy to make! I think this would also be a great drink to serve at upcoming holiday parties so that the kids can have something fun to drink and feel fancy doing it.
Common Questions About Making a Bellini Mocktail
What is in a bellini?
A bellini is typically made with prosecco and peach puree. In this mocktail version, I substituted prosecco for sparkling cider but you could also use sparkling white grape juice instead.
What is the difference between a mimosa and a bellini?
A mimosa is usually made using champagne and orange juice while a bellini is prosecco and peach juice. They are very similar cocktails but ever so slightly different.
How can I make peach puree?
To make peach puree –
- Peel 2-3 peaches and blend until smooth.
- Combine 2 parts peach with 1 part simple syrup (i.e. 1/2 cup peach puree with 1/4 cup simple syrup) and mix until combined.
Alternatively, you can use pre-made peach juice from the store instead.
Do you serve a bellini over ice?
No, typically bellinis are served in a champagne flute with chilled liquids.

Bellini Mocktail - A delicious non-alcoholic mocktail perfect for parties and baby showers. Made with just 2 simple ingredients!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sparkling cider (non-alcoholic)
- 1/2 cup peach juice*
- Sliced strawberry or peach (optional - for garnish)
Instructions
- Pour peach juice into a champagne flute and then top with sparkling cider.
- Place a sliced strawberry or piece of peach on the rim of the glass as garnish (optional).
Notes
* This recipe makes 1 serving so double, triple, etc depending on how many you are making.
* A traditional bellini is made using peach puree instead of juice. To do so, combine 1 peach for each bellini you are making in a blender after removing the skin and blend until smooth. Mix 2 parts peach puree with 1 part simple syrup and then you can use it. Totally optional, I usually just use pre-made peach juice.
