Gingerbread White Russian – A holiday spin on a classic cocktail. Made with Kahlua, Vodka, heavy cream, and gingerbread simple syrup. This easy cocktail is sure to be a hit.
Gingerbread White Russian
After making my gingerbread simple syrup recipe a few days back, I have been experimenting with all sorts of gingerbread cocktails. One of my favorites that I came up with was a fun holiday spin on the classic white russian – a gingerbread white russian. This is exactly the same as a white russian but with a bit of gingerbread simple syrup.
If you want to jazz up this cocktail, serve it with a drizzle of caramel on top or with a gingerbread cookie on the rim. This recipe is for one serving but you can always increase it for more servings if you are having a group over. It will be a huge hit!

What is gingerbread simple syrup?
Gingerbread simple syrup is a sugar syrup made with water, granulated sugar, and a few spices which adds flavor to a cocktail or drink while also adding a bit of sweetness. You can buy it at the store (usually the company is Torani) or you can make it home in less than 5 minutes by clicking HERE for the recipe.
