Spiced Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Cookies, cookies, cookies! The season of all things cookies has arrived and with it a whole lot of opportunities to not only eat cookies but to bake them and give them as gifts.

I don’t bake cookies as much as I should throughout the year. My cookie baking kicks into full gear once fall hits. Something about the crisp temps and edging closer to the holidays simply makes me want to bake cookies.

Today I’m sharing a delicious spin on the old standard, the chocolate chip cookie. As beloved as a chocolate chip cookie is, there’s always room for some variety, right?
