Slow Cooker Hot Bourbon Caramel Apple Cider – A warm and cozy slow cooker drink that is perfect to serve for a crowd during the holidays! Made with just a few simple ingredients.
Slow Cooker Hot Bourbon Apple Cider
If you are planning on having anyone over during the holidays, then you need to try making slow cooker drinks! When I discovered that I could use my crock pot to make warm drinks for a crowd, it blew my mind. Yes, it doesn’t do more than warm them but still, that’s all you really need for parties. Think of it like having a warm punch bowl!
Now for this recipe, I wanted to make a fall themed slow cooker drink that could be served to adults at Thanksgiving or even Christmas. Made with apple cider, bourbon, caramel, and spices, it is literally the coziest mug of yumminess ever! If you want to make it kid friendly, just skip the bourbon and let adults add it in to their individual cups themselves. I suggest serving it with whipped cream and caramel on top!
For a fun spin, try making this recipe with bourbon salted caramel sauce!
