Slow Cooker Chai Tea Latte
With the holiday season in full swing, I have been looking for more group drinks to serve to my friends and family. One of my favorite ways to serve drinks for a group is in a slow cooker! This may sound crazy but it works like a warmer so that you drinks come up nice and hot. You can use it for drinks like slow cooker lattes, slow cooker hot bourbon caramel apple cider, slow cooker pumpkin pie white hot chocolate, and now, slow cooker chai tea lattes!
I was inspired by our most popular recipe – the chai tea latte. This coffee shop favorite was so easy to turn it into a large-scale party drink and it tastes amazing!

How much sugar is in a chai tea latte?
Usually chai tea lattes from places like Starbucks are pretty sweet but if you make it home, you can adjust the amount of sugar in the drink. If you want just a lightly sweetened tea then only use about 1-2 teaspoons honey, adding more to taste. Alternatively, you can use a different sweetener that fits into your diet better than honey but fair warning, that may effect the taste.
Are chai lattes dairy-free?
This chai tea latte recipe can be made dairy-free by using a dairy-free milk such as

Are chai lattes vegan?
Chai tea lattes can be made vegan very easily. With this recipe, use a non-dairy milk (listed above) and instead of honey, use a vegan sweetener such as pure maple syrup.
