Who else here LOVES RumChata?! After finding a fun little bottle tucked away in my fridge, I have been experimenting with putting it in everything and one of my favorite uses to date has been this RumChata hot chocolate! Now for those who don’t know what RumChata is, it is basically creamy rum with some warm spices like cinnamon. I think it makes hot chocolate so cozy and delicious!
Now this recipe makes enough for one serving but you can always double or even triple it if you are making it for more people, they are sure to love it too!

- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ounce RumChata

Instructions
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine milk, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract. Cook until chocolate has fully melted.
- Remove from heat and mix in RumChata. Pour into mug and top with whipped cream (optional).
