Pulled Pork Sliders
I can’t get enough of these pulled pork sliders. Whether you make them as an appetizer or as a meal, they are filling, flavorful, and disappear real quick. I can’t remember the last time we didn’t finish all of them off! I like to serve the pork on little slider rolls but you could also use burger buns if you are making them as a meal. Additionally, I like to mix a bit of melted butter, italian seasoning, and garlic salt together and brush the tops of the slider buns with it. It’s delicious!

Ingredient Notes –
- I’m using a boneless pork shoulder but you could also use a bone-in if you prefer. If using the instant pot, increase the cooking time by 5 minutes.
- I’m making my own spice rub using brown sugar, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and pepper. Feel free to use your favorite spice rub if you prefer.
- Chicken stock helps prevent the Instant Pot from burning on the bottom. You can also use water or beer if you prefer. If using the slow cooker, it is optional.
- Feel free to use your favorite store bought or homemade BBQ sauce.
