Paloma Cocktail

Paloma Cocktail – A classic cocktail made with 3 simple ingredients. This grapefruit cocktail is bright, fresh, and perfect for summer.

Paloma Cocktail

Grapefruit is one of my favorite summer flavors.  Whether it’s in a grapefruit moscow mule or just simply a glass of grapefruit juice, it’s such a wonderfully bright flavor.  One of the very best ways to use a grapefruit is to make a paloma cocktail.  Now this is just about one of the easiest cocktail recipes ever.  It’s made with just grapefruit juice, lime juice, and tequila.  Just mix it up and serve over ice – that’s it!

This recipe makes about 1 serving but you can always double, triple, etc the recipe if you want to make it for more people.  It’s great for summer parties!
