This leprechaun mimosa is so bright and vibrant but more importantly, it’s made with just 3 simple ingredients. Just combine champagne, orange juice, and blue curacao in a champagne glass and serve. You can either use freshly squeezed orange juice or buy it in a jug, normally I buy the jug for this cocktail and it tastes great.
