Hello summer! After making buying a bottle of white wine for a batch of risotto, I wanted to try using the leftovers in a few different cocktails and first up was this lemonade spritzer. Now it may sound a bit weird to combine lemonade and white wine but trust me, it works. It is a wonderful cocktail to enjoy next to the pool on a hot day because of how refreshing and light it is.
I filled my glass with extra slices of lemon and strawberries to add a little extra flavor and color to the drink and I think it was the perfect addition. It made it a bit reminiscent of a white wine sangria!
