Eggnog White Russian – A holiday spin on a classic cocktail. Made with Kahlua, Vodka, and eggnog. This easy cocktail is sure to be a hit.
Eggnog White Russian
With eggnog season in full swing now that Thanksgiving is over, I decided that I wanted to combine two of my favorite drinks – eggnog and white russians. This seemed like a match made in heaven as I just planned on substituting in the eggnog for the heavy cream in the original recipe so that it would keep that same thick consistency that you expect from a white russian.
Now this eggnog white russian tastes like Christmas in a cup. It has so much flavor and it is so amazing. While the recipe only makes one serving, you can obviously double or triple the recipe if you want to make it for more people. Additionally, you could always add a sprinkle of nutmeg or cinnamon to the top of the drink too as a bit of garnish but I think it looks beautiful as is.
Common Questions About Making a White Russian

What alcohol is in a white russian?
The alcohol used in a white russian is kahlua and vodka.

Yes, so long as the eggs in eggnog are cooked correctly, it is safe to drink. If you are worried, you can always buy pre-made eggnog that has already been pasteurized or you can make an eggless nog.
