Buffalo Chicken Nachos

Whether you’re tail-gating, having a movie night, or just drinks and snacks, Buffalo Chicken Nachos are the most amazing appetizer you’ve ever had!

My FAVORITE SPORT is back on tv. Yup, I love football. We watch college, we watch the pros, my husband and I can’t get enough. Football is more than just watching a game, it’s about the snacks and drinks and fun! Buffalo Chicken Nachos are the most perfect football food that I could make. We LOVE them!

Starting in September my eating changes (do you follow the seasons?). I need fun, spicy snacks, bowls of chili, nachos. We start drinking bourbon cocktails and put the citrus drinks away until next summer. It’s just fun to change up your food routine by the season. It all leads to Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas for me. Totally different that summer choices! I love it. Buffalo Chicken Nachos just fit right into what I eat in the fall. So even if you don’t watch sports – you can fully agree with me that fall food is just where it’s at.

Buffalo Chicken Nachos

Ingredients

  • 1.5 C Shredded Buffalo Chicken https://whoneedsacape.com/2018/09/pressure-cooker-buffalo-chicken/
  • 1 each Avocado Sliced
  • 1/4 C Extra Buffalo Sauce Your taste - more sauce = more spicy
  • 2 C Shredded Cheddar Cheese I use Sharp
  • 1 C Blue Cheese Chunks
  • 1 C Sour Cream
  • 4-5 C Tortilla/Corn Chips

Instructions

  1. Melt Cheddar Cheese on Top of Tortilla Chips topped with Buffalo Chicken - it tastses better to do it in the oven at 350 degrees, but you could do it in the microwave

  2. While cheese is melting and chicken is heating, cut up avocado and measure out other ingredients

  3. Take chips out of oven and top with Blue Cheese crumbles, avocado, and sour cream

  4. Serve immediately
